Meet Emma
A little insight to our founder
I started my career in Financial Services before discovering Sugaring in my mid-30s. Its gentle, natural approach quickly became my passion, and I decided to specialise fully in this technique.
I founded Green & Gold Sugar in 2023 to provide high-quality training that combines technical skills with business guidance and ongoing support. I also serve as the Sugaring Expert for WorldSkills UK, mentoring Squad UK for the Beauty Therapy competition at WorldSkills Shanghai 2026.
My goal is to elevate Sugaring in the UK and help beauty professionals build confident, successful careers.
